Anti Slavery Policy
Coherence Strategy Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour, and we expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
This policy is in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which aims to eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking in commercial activities in England and Wales.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Coherence Strategy Ltd, in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, agency workers, agents, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and third-party representatives.

Supply Chain Due Diligence
We are committed to ensuring transparency within our business and supply chains by taking the following steps:

Conducting risk assessments to identify areas where there is a higher risk of slavery and human trafficking.

Vetting and auditing our suppliers and contractors to ensure they adhere to anti-slavery and ethical labour standards.

Including anti-slavery provisions in supplier contracts and requesting declarations of compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Employee Responsibilities
All employees are expected to:

Be aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Report any concerns related to potential slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking activities in the workplace or within the supply chain, using Coherence Strategy Ltd's whistleblowing policy.

Cooperate fully with investigations related to any claims of modern slavery.
Reporting and Whistleblowing
If an employee or any third party has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking, they should report this immediately to their line manager or company director, who will investigate and take appropriate action.

Training
To ensure understanding and compliance, Coherence Strategy Ltd., provides training on modern slavery and human trafficking risks to relevant employees, focusing on those working in procurement, supply chain management, and human resources.
Monitoring and Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and compliant with legal requirements. Any amendments will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
