- Licensing for organizations to use and resell training and quiz materials.

3. Account Registration and Use

It is your responsibility to ensure you use purchased services within the stated timeframe, as extensions may not be granted unless explicitly stated in your purchase confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to leadership reports, quizzes, training materials, and coaching methodologies, is copyrighted by Coherence Strategy Ltd. under UK law and protected internationally under the Berne Convention.
- Personal Use: You may use purchased content for personal learning but may not copy, share, or resell it.
- Licensing & Resale: Organizations must obtain explicit licensing rights before reselling any Inner Coherence training materials or quizzes or using training internally within organisations.

6.1 No Guarantee of Results
We provide leadership insights, coaching, and training to support development, but we do not guarantee specific professional outcomes.
6.2 Service Interruptions
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services but do not guarantee that the website, courses, or coaching sessions will be error-free or continuously available.
6.3 Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.
